Four ships converge on one small independent colony through the Gateway. The Endeavor is escorted by ADF battleship Canopus to ancient alien ruins on the planet Mavros, while the GLF has called upon the Revenge and Wayfarer to help the colonists. After a few uneasy days hanging around town, tampering with dormant tech leads to dire consequences. Once the dust settles, the colonists are reluctantly persuaded to rejoin the Alliance under less than ideal conditions - but the GLF will remember the pressure they were under.
old grudges come to the forefront when the sparrowhawk and dauntless clash beyond the gateway, both competing against one another to possess the mysterious alien artifact the enke velzael. together they fight through crumbling alien ruins - but come across warnings about the artifact. when vash claims it for the sparrowhawk, a new villain appears and now both crews must work together to escape before the temple becomes their tomb.

The Wayfarer has a full slate of pick ups and deliveries to make on the coolest place in Penglai — Verglas! The short trip takes them from one hemisphere to the other before returning home to the station.
En route to scouting a planet on the other side of the gateway, the Endeavor is drawn into an inescapable wormhole and seemingly trapped in an unknown pocket of space where time has reached a standstill! While they work on repairs, tensions start to rise on the ship. After making contact with other ships stuck in the void, they eventually figure out a way to reopen the wormhole and free everyone.
What at first seems like a massive April Fools' hoax becomes apparently real: station residents have been body swapped! For over a week, a large portion of Terminus' population experience what it's like to walk in someone else's shoes, with varying reactions to the changes, until they're suddenly put back in their own places. Eventually, it turns out to be the work of a mysterious and powerful alien entity, X'ppur, who leaves behind a playful mark on the station.
